Anthro Bullies

Ria quietly stepped into the room, her paws in her pockets as she hurried to her desk to only hide in her hood of the sweatshirt she was wearing. She blocked out the world pretty much at the moment, messing with a necklace she had gotten from a friend before she moved to this school.

He noticed her playing around with a necklace from the corner of his eye and brought his head back up and looked at it with interest. "Say, Ria, how much for that necklace?" he asked loudly, knowing she wouldn't hear otherwise.

"Nothing." Ria growled, holding it close to her, eyes closing as she held it. That bitch wouldn't be taking her necklace away from her any time soon.

"Aww, don't tell me you value that trash anyway? It's probably worth a dollar, but I'll give you 10 for it." He scooted his seat closer to hers.

Ria growled softly, holding it very tight now. She didn't care how much he would pay, but it was hers.

Once he was close enough, he sighed dramatically and said, "I really don't think you need that." Then, without warning, he pushed his hand forward and tried to grab the necklace.

Ria jumped back, dodging his paw narrowly. She quickly took off the necklace and held it close, eyes glaring daggers at him.

He shrugged and adjusted his seat back to where it originally was. "Fine then, I just wanted to take that useless junk for you." The bell rang, and he assumed his normal position with his arms cross over his chest, leaning back casually to zone out for next hour.

The wolf sighed as she sat there, ready to listen for the rest of the day. Her tail flicking back and forth some as she waited.

Soon, the bell rang, and Flake gathered all his things to head out, intending to go straight back to his house. He kept his ears perked up high to listen to all the movements of Ria, curious as to what she did at the end of the day, as he had never really found out yet.

Ria grabbed her stuff before going out of the classroom, eyes kinda sad looking but still didn't look hateful or anything. As she went she headed out the school, ears flattening along her head as she went.

Flake watched discreetly as she packed her things, surprised at how she didn't seem angry, or showed any kinds of violence or need for revenge. In fact, she only showed sadness. Despite himself, he felt a prick of sympathy deep inside him, but he shook it off. Straightening his back, he decided that since he had little homework that day, he would follow ria. Just to find how else he might be able to make her miserable a little more.

Her ears perked slightly, eyes glancing side to side before crossing the street, tail drooping slightly as she went. Ria sighed softly, humming to herself so no one else could hear. She had a surprisingly good voice but never dared to sing in front of anyone.

He followed close behind but to the side out of her range of view, walking quietly so she couldn't hear him. He heard a faint sound coming from her, but he couldn't make out what it was. Strange..he thought to himself, and still kept his distance to her destination.

Soon she got home, looking around nervously as she did. Slowly, she walked her way up to the house, eyes gleaming with slight fear as she did.

He stopped at the front, not wanting to intrude on their property despite all the boundaries he had already crossed. However, he saw her fear as she approached her house. He had expected that she would be glad to be home, but it didn't appear that way. He squinted his eyes to prepare to watch her through the windows.

She slowly entered her house and in a few short minutes were up in her room. As she quickly did, she pulled up her sleeves and quickly looked at them as she sat in a chair, from where Flake was standing was hard to see what was wrong with her arm. She raised her knees up and quickly put her muzzle inbetween her knees and covered her head up with her face.

He stared as he watched, seeing her look down at her wrists. Probably looking at scars... he thought. As he sat there, alone and watching the female, he felt a pang of sorrow go through him, along with immense guilt he had never experienced before. But she couldn't be that bad, right? He only teased her to make himself feel better, he didn't actually want to hurt anyone. Seeing her huddled position, he looked away, but soon looked back.

The wolf seemed to almost be sobbing but soon stopped and looking towards where she entered, seeming to be speaking with someone. The person threw something at her, making her flinch after it happened. Soon a loud door slamming shut could be heard and she huddling back up as she started to cry

He gasped as he watched the scenario, and he put the pieces together. Is she treated like that at home too? He could clearly see her crying and he decided he had to do something. Leaping the fence, he snuck beneath her window and threw a small, light rock at it to try to get her attention.

She quickly stopped crying as the rock hit her window, eyes glancing over at the lonely light coming out of it. Going over, she opens it up, eyes gleaming slightly as she did before seeing Flake. She worriedly held the window, ready in case the insults started coming.

He stood, surprised she had actually opened the window so willingly. "Uhh, hey Glitch," he used her nickname. "I just wanted to stop over and... say hi."

She blinked in surprise as he used her nickname, barely anyone using it after she asked for them to. "You sure your not here to call be a bitch and such?" She asked, kinda sliding her sleeve down as she asked.

His gaze snapped to her arm as she tried to hide it, and he barely saw her scars before she covered it, and he blinked, unsure if his eyes were being truthful with him. "I know this is probably strange, and I understand if you don't trust me. Would you mind if I came inside? Really, I just want to talk."

She blinked at him in confusion... looking at her arms where they were cut before sighing, nodding. "Go through the door and come upstairs. I'll be on the door on the left." She might've not trust him but was really curious on what he was doing.
