He sat up against her shoulder, letting the fire warm him until it eventually began to go out.

"Oh great, and we don't have anything to burn" She sighed and ran a hand through her hair.

He turned around and gently nosed her towards the other wolves, intending to have her in the center of the group, where she'd be the warmest.

She hesitantly moved over, sitting on a pelt then wrapping one around her again.

Fang settled down beside her, completing the pile and completely surrounding Jessie with the warmth of their thickly-coated bodies.

Jessie smiled softly and cuddled up to Fang, her tail wagging slightly.

He took care not to show her his belly, pressing his back up close to her and sighing softly, falling asleep quickly.

Jessie pet him softly then fell asleep, sighing softly before she drifted off into a deep sleep, exhausted.

Longfang was the first to wake the next morning, shifting carefully to get out of Jessie's grip.

Jessie murmured quietly, with close inspection her stomach looked slightly larger and her teats were perked more than normal.

His eyes narrowed, and he nudged one of the she-wolves awake, who confirmed his observation with a quick inspection. It seemed she was carrying pups.

Jessie rolled over and curled up.

Deep in thought, he wandered just outside of the entrance to the den, wondering how he would take care of the incoming pups- and if they were his in the first place. He shuddered at the thought of what had happened the previous day.

Jessie woke and Sat up, stretching and sighing.

Fang whined softly outside as a searing pain ran across his belly from the wound, which he was trying with all his might to hide from Jessie. The last thing she needed now was to have to worry about him.

Jessie thought she heard him and she glanced around, her ears perked and she slowly stood, she used the den wall to hold herself up as she began walking out.

He noticed that she was finally awake and trotted back inside to help her balance, as the other Wolves set out to hunt at his command.

"Show me" She said softly and gave him a look, "Don't try to hide it, I heard you" She added and she sat on the ground.

Fang showed her instead a bite wound on his shoulder, citing it as the cause of his troubles.

She gave a soft sigh, she could tell there was something worse, but she didn't push it, she ripped up anything left of her clothes and she tended to his shoulder, "You know... They'll be gone a while if they went hunting.." She murmured, her hands trailing from his chest and nearing his stomach.

He closed his eyes, her touch pleasing her greatly. He tactfully shifted on his paws a little to ensure her trailing fingers missed the wound on his belly, which already appeared infected, and licked her face, acting as if nothing else was wrong.

"Try something" She murmured softly, she laid back and pulled him over her, she gently moved his muzzle to one of her teats as her other hand gripped his sheath.

Fang's eyes closed pleasurably as she gripped his emerging shaft, happily lapping at her teat before taking it into his muzzle and gently suckling at it.
