It had been a few months. She hadn't been let out of the hospital because she continued to get sicker and sicker, but it was well-known news that the baby was and had been dead. One day she was laying there, staring aimlessly at the ceiling, exhausted from treatments for her sickness.

Zero barely ever left her side, only away from her when his mother dragged him out or when he was forced out.

The doctors and Sally left them alone, Zero gave a worried look, sitting on the edge of her bed.

She moved over, kissing his cheek, and fell back weakly, only to smile sadly up at him. "I love you." she said quietly, closing her eyes. The heart monitor began to slow. (Dun worry. I gots idea.)

The heart monitor stopped beeping, her hand, which was still holding one of his, was growing cold.

A doctor looked in and her eyes widened as she pushed her way in, calling a few nurses. They moved Zero and quickly moved her out of the room.

After about two hours, the doctors and nurses left the other room, looking sad. The doctor approached Zero and Sally. "I'm sorry, it was her time."
