Rustkit pouted, leaping for him again.

Nightstar turned towards the oasis with a grand and theatrical sweep of his tail and padded off in that direction, looking back at his deputy. "Race you!" He offered, not waiting for an answer before tearing off through the sand.

Whisperingwater felt her heart want to flutter out of her mouth and away from her body as she rubbed against him, purring loudly. "Oh, Needleclaw, I always wanted to be your mate."

"No fair!" Viperstorm yowled, sprinting after him.

"I've always wanted to be yours but I was scared to say anything." He said softly, embarrassed with himself.

This time she got him, the kit meowing in protest when she did.

Rustkit purred, batting at his ears.

Nightstar felt the familiar sand between his pads, the hot wind whipping through his fur, the spray of the sand behind him, and reminded himself how much he loved this place as he yowled, trying hard to stay ahead of Viperstorm.

"So was I..." Whisperingwater admitted, looking over to the medicine car with an excited squee, her eyes thanking the she-cat who had given her advice.

Mousekit purred softly.

Redheart nodded before standing and heading out, kinda sad she couldn't have a relationship, or could she? She didn't know at the moment.

Needleclaw chuckled softly before walking some before turning around and curling his tail with hers.

Viperstorm pushed herself, slowly starting to catch up with the leader.

Rustkit flopped down on him.

Nightstar made a conscious effort to flick up as much sand as possible, hoping it would slow the she-cat down.

Whispering water gladly wrapped her tail tightly around his. "Can we take a walk somewhere?" She asked, looking up at him cutely.

Viperstorm just moved to the side so she wasn't running behind him, reaching his side.

Nightstar strained with the effort he was putting in, but couldn't stay ahead of the she-cat, and began to fall behind her.

Viperstorm flashed him a quick grin, pricking her ears as the oasis came into sight.

Mousekit purred, letting her win.

Needleclaw nodded with a purr, ears perked as he gave her a soft look of love.

Rustkit grinned, pinning him for a bit longer before letting him up.

In desperation, Nightstar launched himself at Viperstorm, trying to grasp onto her and slow her down, but instead face planting into the sand.

Whisperingwater purred quietly. "I know a place." She purred, eyes looking lovingly at him as she began to pad towards one of her favorite private spots, her tail raised for him.

Viperstorm skidded to a halt beside the water, purring triumphantly.

Mousekit shook his fur before seeing Tumblekit. Purring some he walked over to the other kit, eyes gleaming with happiness.

Needleclaw claw looked, trying to not make it noticeable but followed after her. He flicked his ear slightly as he went, eyes glowing slightly from the light.

Redheart soon got to the surface, tail flicking as she started her journey to find marigold. The she cat however was thinking how every cat was in love.

Whisperingwater led him to a space she'd carved out underneath a bush, creating a private and shady hideout for the pair of them. She entered first, lying on her side and facing him. She stuck her tongue out of her mouth, panting, looking rather sexy.

Nightstar finally joined his deputy with a sigh and a laugh. "Looks like you win."

Rustkit followed Mousekit.

Viperstorm grinned. "It might have been a tie if you hasn't tripped."

Nightpaw stiffened, squirming deeper into the vegetation as she heard voices.

Needleclaw almost pounced on her lovely body but didn't, saying to himself there would be time. As he laid down beside her, he purred softly before getting a sly look with a grin.

"You mean, if I hadn't tried cheating." Nightstar purred, scenting a familiar cat but brushing it away, as almost every cat in the clan came here at least once a day.

Whipseringwater returned the look, smirking and winking at him when he laid down beside her. "So..." She mewed, trying to start up a conversation with her new mate.

"So what my love?" The tom asked her, thinking still as he looked at her body with a small smile.

"And that," Viperstorm said, lightly swiping at his ears. "That wasn't smart of you."

"Kits, or no kits?" Whisperingwater asked with a smirk, noticing him staring her body down but not mentioning it yet.

Nightstar ducked under her sweep with a satisfied smirk. "No, that it was not."

"Only if you want them my love." He purred, licking her softly, "I would love you either way, with kits or without."
