Every Rose Has It's Thorn [PAFP]

She narrowed her eyes. "What makes you expect it?" well that was stupid. Her last name was Lark, she looked almost identical to Sienna, and she was old enough to be her mother.

"I saw your damn name tag" He snapped, beginning to stand, his arms crossing over his chest.

"Oh, please. You just pry your way into my life meanwhile I stay completely silent." the lady snapped.

He gave a glare, studying her, he couldn't really guess who she was, Sienna had said her parents were gone... But maybe she meant in the same way his parents were to him... "I'm assuming your her mother, maybe even an aunt, but that's as far as I'm guessing" He frowned, beginning to move, he pinned her to the wall roughly, a glare on his face, "I suggest you tell me exactly who you are and what you gave her before I do something both of us will regret" He snapped harshly.

She sighed. "Fine. I'm her mother. Her father abused both of us for years, I had to take her away from it. I told my sister to come pick her up after her first surgery when she was six, getting a tumor removed, and to tell her that we both died so she wouldn't have to deal with the pain of knowing that I was still being abused, and that she wouldn't have to. So, she grew up. I watched over her as she grew, and now I'm here today, sticking with her." she said, stepping away and sitting down next to Sienna. "But, I swear, if you tell her ANYTHING, I will personally find you and make sure she doesn't see you again." the lady snapped. "She'd hate me for knowing that I lied to her."

He slowly relaxed once he knew, "Trust me, I wont say anything, but I think you should in time, when she first told me her parents were "dead" she looked really sad about it, too sad" He explained, sitting in the chair, "Look, I know it isn't much, but I can help you, I'd give my position in the band just to make her happy, and if that means getting you back in her life, I'll do it" He said flatly.

She shook her head quickly. "Don't. She... she can't know." she said, noticing the heart monitor spike. She slid her nametag away and quickly walked out of the room as Sienna let out a groan of pain.

He sighed, he glanced toward Sienna and he held her hand gently, "Shhhh" He said gently, trying to sooth her.

She whimpered. "W-Where am I...?"

"Your in the hospital, I brought you" He said in a gentle voice, "You'll be fine" He said softly.

She whimpered, holding his hand.

He gently rubbed the back of her hand with his thumb, "Don't worry" He said gently.

She whimpered and nodded, looking up at him.

He sat on her bed and leaned down, gently kissing her.

She kissed him back, whimpering in pain.

"Try not to move a lot, I'll try my best to help you out with that" He said and gave a smile.

She nodded, her head resting on the pillow. The side that was facing him had a large scar on her scalp, visible when she tucked her hair behind her ear.

He didn't say anything about it, just giving her a gentle smile, "Want anything?" He asked softly.

She shook her head. "Just you." she said, smiling back.

He gave a smile, kissing her forehead, "I mean besides me, like food or a drink" He chuckled.

She smiled, shaking her head. "Nah. This medicine makes me feel weird..."

He gave a small nod, "Well, as long as your fine" He chuckled, "I'm going to call the guys later and tell them we'll be taking a break from the band for a while" He said.

She nodded, and then frowned. "Wait... but I still have to write their lyrics, otherwise, they'll be completely on their own."

"Too bad for them, you need to relax and take it easy, no work for either of us" He said, "Your nurse agreed when I mentioned it to her" He said, telling a convincing lie to make sure she would relax.

She nodded and sighed, relaxing. "Thank god... I can't come up with anything since that last song."
